Having served in operations management roles for 17 years, including six years practicing Lean and leadership development at FedEx, Jamie now works with leaders who want to create more team member engagement, better performance results, and a sustainable improvement culture – all while reducing burden. She is the author of Chapter 6 in the book Practicing Lean and frequently teaches and coaches leadership teams and Lean practitioners.
