Charles met brothers Jeff and Bobby Beaver while all three were students at Stanford studying Economics. He's been with Zazzle since the beginning, helping grow the company and expanding his responsibilities over time. When Zazzle was founded, Charles was invited on board to design and manage the customer service division, which he did, before quickly transitioning to architect Operations. He is passionate about manufacturing technologies, applied research and all things bespoke. He built infrastructure and technology that allows the company to produce millions of unique products from invitations to skateboards, most in less than 24 hours. Charles and his wife wore Zazzle shirts on their wedding day, and the very first garment worn by his sons after their births was a Zazzle onesie. Charles also enjoys endurance cycling and archery.
