Richard is a CPA with initial introduction into the Printing Business in 1991 as Controller of a Rotogravure Packaging Division and two years later in A Litho/Rotogravure Division. Became involved with Holland & Crosby in 1997 and a Shareholder and V.P. of Finance & Operations in 1999.

From 1999 to 2010 Holland & Crosby transitioned from a Single Color Solvent Screen Printer to a Fully Digital pop Provider. Along the way we implemented Multi Color Screen, Chromatix Certification. First Company in North America to install the Inca S70 and S20 with White. In 2015 H&C installed the first fully automated Inca X3 in North America and in 2018 installed a Stacker to complete the full Automation of an Esko Finishing Line.
