As Executive Vice President of Operations, Hayes is responsible for overseeing and managing all pre-press, manufacturing, and installation staff, including training, support, and every aspect of the production and pre-production process. As a G7 Certified Professional, he knows the ins and outs and in-betweens of the color management process, and is an expert in color quality assurance. Hayes has integrated all the various software used at bluemedia each day. He has opened and managed large format production facilities in Wisconsin, Florida and Arizona. His skillset includes deep knowledge of pre-press workflow and automation, all popular printer technology (Solvent, Latex, UV and DyeSub), graphic finishing and installation. Hayes is a proud father of (2) fantastic children (Olivia-10 and Luke-6). He and his family live in Scottsdale, AZ and are active in their school and church communities.
